Miura worked closely with Lloyd’s Register to produce a special edition of the Gas Shipping Report dedicated to LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) shipping – launched at the Gastech conference in Singapore.
Founded in 1760, Lloyd’s Register has evolved from the first classification society into a global business providing multi-industry compliance, assurance, risk and technical consultancy services to clients around the world. As the need for new, more environmentally friendly fuels grows, so to does the need for new container vessels and new regulatory frameworks.
This edition of the Gas Shipping Report promotes Lloyd’s Register’s pioneering approach and relentless search for the most effective and safe ways to support the uptake of new fuel systems. Miura worked hand-in-hand with Lloyd’s Register’s internal team to produce the report – everything from managing content creation and designing the report through to creating infographics and informing the art direction of the photo shoots.
Miura also developed filmed interviews of Lloyd’s Register Experts profiling a selection of new technologies featured in the report. The videos were published on Lloyds Register’s social media channels and helped bridge the gap between academia and practice.
